Group Counseling
Some therapists offer counseling in a group setting, which typically consists of people with similar issues. Therapy groups offer support, insight, and a sense that you’re not alone.
Play therapy, can help individuals communicate, explore repressed thoughts and emotions, address unresolved trauma, and experience personal growth and is widely viewed as an important, effective, and developmentally appropriate mental health treatment.

- Diagnostic information does not become a part of your permanent medical record.
As an out-of-network provider, we will provide a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Be sure to follow-up with your insurance provider to inquire whether reimbursement is an option and find out any restrictions that might exist.
